AT THE GATE

The guard taps. Your phone rings. You decide.

The oldest problem at an Indian gate is the phone call: the guard rings the flat, no one picks up, the visitor waits. Agman replaces the call with a decision.

  • A full-screen card takes over the resident's phone — name, purpose, photo, a 30-second ring.
  • Real-time over WebSocket. No refresh, no “are you there?”.
  • No reply? It becomes a gentle message at the gate — the gate never stays stuck.
  • Every decision logged, with who and when.
The request arrivesA 30-second window to approve or reject.
One tap, decidedThe guard sees your answer instantly.
FOR RESIDENTS

Your whole gate, on one calm screen.

The resident app is the one your parents will actually use. Big buttons, plain Hindi or English, and nothing that needs a manual.

  • Pre-approve a visitor before they arrive — they show a code at the gate.
  • Family, cohabitants and vehicles — managed by you, recognised at the gate.
  • Frequent visitors (maid, cook) logged in a single tap.

THE CRYPTO

A pass a guard can trust — even with zero signal.

Most “secure” passes are just a QR that phones a server. Kill the network at the gate — common in a basement or a new tower — and they’re useless. Agman signs instead.

  • Each society holds its own Ed25519 key and signs its passes.
  • The guard app carries the public key and verifies offline, in a flash.
  • Rotates every 90 seconds; a single-use nonce stops a screenshot being reused.
  • Signed, not “encrypted” — an honest word for an honest guarantee.

SOCIETY CONSOLE

It even spots the flats you forgot.

Setting up a society usually means a messy spreadsheet. Agman’s gap engine reads your block-and-flat map and quietly points out what seems to be missing.

  • Flags a missing block, an empty floor, or a skipped flat number.
  • Blocks duplicate societies nearby, using name similarity and distance.
  • Bulk-import from Excel or CSV, with a validation report before anything is applied.

FOR GUARDS

Built for the guard in the sun.

The guard app is dark on purpose — readable at noon, easy on a night shift. Every action is one big tap, because a gate is busy and gloves are common.

  • Scan a pass, log a walk-in, or type a 6-digit code.
  • The courier board asks many flats about one delivery at once.
  • Vehicle plates matched on arrival; guard IDs store only the last 4.

MIS DASHBOARDS

The whole society, at a glance.

Committees run on numbers. Agman keeps them honest and current — no registers to tally, no month-end scramble.

  • Visitors today, guards on duty, occupancy percentage.
  • A 7-day entries chart and the resident invite funnel.
  • Every sensitive action is in the audit log, with who and when.
